All About Me (Part I)

This week we've been learning all about ourselves!   We began the week making self portraits (you will get to see those on display at Open House next week), and we ended with some activities with our names!

2014-2015 Class FIRST WEEK OF KINDERGARTEN!

WELCOME!!!!!!!

Here's a peek at our first week of kindergarten! :)

Center time...

We completed a graph on the first day of kindergarten...

"How do you feel about starting kindergarten?"

We also made handprints after reading The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn!  I hope you enjoyed this keepsake!

We began centers by rotating through each center (the kids were in a small group and they had to stay in the center until we changed).  On Friday of the first week we began using our tree choice board!  Now the kids have a name tag and can move freely among centers (after they clean up, of course).
